ABOUT THE TOWNHOME



The Great Room features a vaulted ceiling, attractive hardwood floors, a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, and a 55' TV. Enjoy epic views on the covered balcony or sink into the comfy leather sofa or chair.



A family room also awaits with a queen-size sleeper sofa and 50' TV. Grab a fresh towel from the basket and step through the sliding glass doors to your own private six-person hot tub.



The well-appointed kitchen features glossy granite countertops and Viking appliances. Ultra-pure water and ice are provided by the reverse osmosis system. The breakfast bar accommodates five for casual dining, while the formal dining table for eight is a great place for a family meal.



The master suite features a king bed, 50' TV, and a covered balcony -- great for a romantic toast with a glass of wine. The en-suite bathroom boasts a granite double vanity, soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and large walk-in closet.



The second bedroom has a queen bed and 43' TV. The second bathroom has a glass-enclosed tub/shower combination.



The third bedroom holds a king bed, 43' TV, and walk-in closet. The third bathroom features a tiled tub/shower with glass surround.



The kid-friendly fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. Watch your favorite shows on the massive 65' TV or compete in a serious foosball battle.



A tiled mudroom is adjacent to the garage entrance on the lower level. A boot bench and coat racks will help you get ready for your ski day. The garage has racks for storing skis and snowboards. On-site parking is available for 3 cars (one in garage/two in driveway).



Other amenities include a front-loading washer/dryer, central humidifier, gas grill, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Drive just 10 minutes to the Jordanelle Express Gondola for a thrilling day on the slopes. In warmer months, cruise the trails of Deer Valley on mountain bikes, discover stunning hikes, or enjoy a guided horseback ride. For more adventures, launch a paddleboard from Pebble Beach and cast a line at numerous ponds in the lower Deer Valley area.

Excellent Park City location

If you are not looking for a ski in/ski out location, this place is wonderful. It is clean, comfortable, and well located. We were able to reach anything from a Deer Valley restaurant to snowmobiling outside of the area. It was excellent to have parking and a comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are two young families with a total of 6 kids under 5. The home was very accommodating for everyone and the upstairs room was perfect for the older kids to play and run around while the babies hung out on the second floor with the parents. The home was Very clean and inviting. Only problem was with the oven. It’s a gas unit and released a horrible smell that filled the main floor. We quickly opened windows and aired it out and didn’t use the oven (which threw our meal plan out the window). This particular unit “never allows for early checkin or late checkout” so be aware of the 10am checkout even though turnkey automated emails say they will contact you with late checkout if possible 24 hours prior.

Great quiet neighborhood, beautiful home

Great getaway for family time

We loved the area. The inside was clean and spacious. Lots of room for everyone to enjoy, either all together or spread out. I would definitely recommend it and hope to go back again.

Wonderful Home!

We loved our week-long stay at this property and would come back again. It's located convenient to Park City, Heber, Midway, Jordanelle Reservoir, and other great areas. The home was clean and had everything we were looking for. The hot tub controls were a bit complex to get the water up to the right temperature, but other than that, the home was a perfect place for our family (including 3 older children, each of whom wanted their own bedroom) to stay for a family getaway. Check-in and check-out were easy, and nearly everything we needed was included in the information from the management company. The property managers didn't respond quickly to our texts, but honestly, the property was fantastic. We'd stay there again.

Mountain get away

We had a wonderful experience . The bunk rec room was great . Lots of fun fooseball games Jenga and watching football. Lots of room so everyone had space to do their own thing . We wish we could have had a place to sled the kids . We had electrical issues with disposal and dishwasher .

I really thought the management people were very professional and very responsive. Our grandkids really enjoyed hiking, biking and other activities. We would definitely do this again.

Mini family reunion.

After we got in, it was a great property. We had 4 generations for a mini family reunion. The property was clean, and there was certainly enough room for our group. There was even a crock pot for my wife’s famous pulled pork. The only issue was getting in. The code for the door worked fine, but the door was the interior man door in the garage. I must have missed the part about using the different code to get into the garage. The instructions could have been a bit clearer. Also, since cell service is spotty, it took a while to contact the manager. Once we got in and on the WiFi, we had a great time. Couldn’t recommend this property higher.

Perfect place to stay

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Adults love it, kids love it, and we’re already planning our vacation here next year. We have stayed at several other places in the Park City area and this is definitely our preferred go-to place now. Everything is always so clean and like-new. In all honesty, we wish we owned it! Checking in and checking out were a breeze as well. Great, great experience!

New, Clean and well managed

We spent two nights at this property with 4 adults and 8 kids and it was great. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. The accommodations were just like the pictures look - very nice, new, and comfortable. We had a little issue connecting to the internet, so I texted the property management number - I was pleasantly surprised at how responsive they were and the problem was resolved quickly. We enjoyed our stay and thought it was a great place. Thanks!

Everything I could ever want

There is so much space in this amazing townhouse AND it can still feel like a cozy cabin. Be wary of the couches, it is super easy to fall asleep on them :). The outdoor hot tub is perfect after a long day skiing, biking, or hiking to relax those tired muscles. The kitchen is perfect for having a breakfast bar, not to mention the ample space to cook, which can be hard to come by in other rentals. High ceilings and amazing artwork make the space incredibly inviting. If you have a big group, this townhouse can handle it. 4 bedrooms with an amazing bunk-bed (a queen bottom and a full top) on the third floor with a foosball table and entertainment system for the kids (and quite frankly, the adults too). I would highly recommend staying here...in fact I don't know of a better place to stay when visiting Park City.

Ideal Mountain Vacation Retreat

We stayed at this property during Sundance in Park City this past January and it was an ideal location for both mountain adventures and accessing downtown Park City. The house itself appears to have been built very recently and has awesome appliances and furnishings. Oh how I wish I had a Viking range at my real house! The house is also well organized for skiers and other outdoor adventurers. The garage has ample space to dry skis and there is a mudroom downstairs to store gear in. Most importantly, there is a hot tub, which kept our legs going after 3 days on the slopes. And the foosball table upstairs was the site of fierce competition. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Beautiful home to rent while skiing at Park City! The house was perfect for our crew of 7. Plenty of space. Kitchen was fully stocked. Loved the hotub! We will definitely rent this house again next time we are in Park City.

Beautiful, clean, well-stocked!

We had the best time at this townhome, the beds were super comfortable and everything was spotless upon arrival. We were shocked by how spacious it was and how there was room for everyone to be together or have their own space. Our kids had room to play, watch movies, and sleep while the adults had space to do our own thing as well. We cooked thanksgiving dinner and the appliances were top of the line. Also, the kitchen had every item we needed to put together a nice feast. The hot tub was great, the kids had a great time running around in the snow and warming up in the hot tub after. Very comfortable, roomy and we’ll stocked.
