Friedenstrasse 30 "Haus Kranich" - beautifully furnished vacation home

Come visit us at Haus Kranich.
Completed in 2013, a 106-square-meter vacation semi-detached home awaits you.
It is located on quiet Friedenstraße, just about 5 minutes from the pedestrian zone and an 8–10-minute (approx. 500 m) walk from the beach and the pier.
Set on a spacious lot, this semi-detached home—typical of the Darß region—features a beautiful thatched roof.
The high-quality maritime-style furnishings and amenities will set the perfect tone for your vacation on the beautiful Baltic Sea.

Two private parking spaces are available for our guests right in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the on-site garden shed.
On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player, a wood-burning stove, and a partially open kitchen. There you’ll also find a bathroom with a toilet, shower, radio, and bio-sauna.
On the first floor, you’ll find two bright and welcoming bedrooms, each accommodating two people, with a TV and a bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and radio.
In the attic, there is another bedroom for two people.
Children will find a small play nook here and are sure to have fun playing in it.
This room also features a TV and a DVD player. The large terrace offers plenty of space, and you can choose between sun and shade throughout the day (south/east-facing).
In the morning, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace while having a leisurely breakfast. There are 6 comfortable, movable lounge chairs with cushions and a side table, as well as a garden table and chairs for up to 8 people, a large umbrella, and a grill.

There are 2 charging stations for electric cars on the property.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or rent them from the Zingster Room Exchange for a fee.
