Along with views of the ocean and a superb location, this wonderfully decorated house features everything to have you feeling right at home. There's even a desk with a monitor for your laptop if you need to stay connected.

This house is located in the desirable Nye Beach district of Newport, with beach access just a few blocks from the front door at Don Davis Park. Nearby shops, restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques are within easy walking distance. The Oregon Coast Aquarium and the Newport Bayfront are a short drive to the south; a bit further north is the incredible Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area and the Yaquina Head Lighthouse.

Very great location! Property was big enough we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Great kids bedroom and two bedrooms big enough for adults. Looks like they fixed some of the previous complaints, there was a croc pot and such!

Newport and Nye Beach have many options for vacation rentals. You can’t go wrong with this house. All the amenities are available and then some. The house is spacious and homey. While there isn’t a fenced yard for your pet, it wasn’t an issue at all as the yard is large and away from the street. Only two blocks from the beach and Nye Shops. Absolutely perfect and would stay there over and over again.

Awesome near the beach

We really loved our stay at the Pampered Puffin. You can walk to the beach in 5-7 minutes and to good places to eat in the same. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful house near the beach

What a lovely house in a lovely area. Close to the beach and all the shops of Nye Beach. Cute ocean decor and all the household items you might need for your stay. Fit our needs perfectly.

Great!

The house was perfect for us and the dogs. Everything was super clean and in good shape. There were some stains on the carpet and couch, but that is to be expected in a dog-friendly rental I think. Good communication with hosts and amazing proximity to the beach, restaurants and stores!

This home is full of everything you need. Kitchen is stocked nicely with every pot/pan utensil you need to prepare a full course meal. Lots of games, books. movies to keep you entertained. Love the decor. Location is perfect In Newport.

A Delightful Stay!

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed at the Pampered Puffin. Love it here! Nye Beach is a great location. The house was very clean. The desk in the upstairs bedroom has a lovely view of the ocean that makes working during our trip so much nicer. The kitchen is great, well appointed and big enough to move around in. The picnic table outside is an amazing place to eat outside and enjoy the view.

Great house within walking distance of everything you need

We rented this house so our families could visit us. Worked perfectly. Close enough for almost everyone to visit for a day. We loved being close to two restaurants with amazing food, for those days we didn’t want to make for ourselves. You won’t regret visiting Zach’s. Great food, wonderful guy. Very clean house with everything you need for your stay. Early morning knitting by the fireplace was great.
