Boasting the best of both worlds with its warm yet modern interior, The Tree House is a place of pure peace and unforgettable family memories. Spend time with your favorite people in one of the family rooms, as you tune into a movie night, engage in some playful competition over one of the game tables, or enjoy a cup of cocoa in front of the fireplace. Challenge your loved ones to a friendly game on the private pickleball court.



The chef of your group will adore the full kitchen with its updated appliances, wooden cabinetry, and large breakfast bar. Additionally, the spacious pantry boasts a variety of nifty kitchen gadgets.



A true haven of peace, the primary en suite bedroom is surrounded by high ceilings and warm wood finishes. Take some time for yourself as you sink into the warmth of the soaking tub. We had the best stay! By far, one of the best homes to rent in Sunriver. This home had everything we needed for a extended weekend stay. Games, puzzles, bikes, pickleball court, basketball- perfect home to escape to and enjoyed time with loved ones! HIGHLY recommend!

The Tree House exceeded our expectations. Spacious living areas are very attractively furnished and decorated. The kitchen is large and well equipped. We loved the pickleball court, hot tub and the cabinet of games. My family had a wonderful time during our stay and I would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous tree house

Our family of 8 was extremely comfortable in this beautiful home. Besides easy access to SHARC, there were bikes for all ages, inside activities, hot tub plus pickle ball & basketball. Everything was perfect & the kids want to come back! We had a wonderful time as a family!

Tree House Magic

First off, this house is HUGE!! Perfect for a multi-family vacation. The decor is modern and very well done. This home has so many amenities it was hard to enjoy them all in the 5 days we were there. Plenty of bikes for our group, the indoor pickle ball/basketball court was a hit, the hot tub was great, etc, etc etc!!! The kitchen was also very well stocked so it made staying in and cooking a breeze. We have stayed at many Sunriver homes over the years and this might be the first one we visit again.

Beautiful home in Sunriver!

We absolutely loved this house. We had 3 families staying together and it was spacious and roomy. We loved the downstairs game room, large pantry and beautiful kitchen. Vacasa checked in on us often and helped answer all our questions. We had a 5 and 2 year old and there were toys, high chair, kids books and plenty of sleeping arrangements for kids! We brought our own bikes but a few family members need led the ones in the garage and they worked great. Hot tub was clean and do relaxing. Would recommend to everyone!

Best time in Sunriver

The house was gorgeous! We have been to Sunriver 5 times and this by far has been the best one yet! The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we could’ve asked for. The kids enjoyed the playroom downstairs and the basketball court area. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. This is our 2nd time spending Christmas in Sunriver and we were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas tree in the garage that we brought in and put our gifts all around it. The only negative part was there needs to be more lighting towards the hot tub area and also a mop is needed as opposed to just a swiffer jet to better be able to clean up the kitchen area. We hope to make this our Sunriver retreat home moving forward!

So much fun!

We stayed for five nights and had a very good time! The house was immaculate and very well stocked with everything we needed. It was so nice to have the coffee bar stocked with Keurig pods, even though we brought our own coffee for the coffee maker. The sport court indoors is very fun – I wish we could have opened the garage door, though, because it was so nice outside. One of my favorite things was the small room between the garage and the house where we were able to put our ski gear for a quick “grab and go” in the morning. The house was almost too big! There were only five of us staying there and we didn’t see our kids were hours and hours at a time. It seems you could divide the house between the adults and the kids, and have completely separate vacations. We like to stay close to the village, so we can ride our bikes there, so I was a little bit worried about the distance, but it turned out to only be about a 15 minute bike ride (and the house has very nice bikes for all). It would be really really nice to allow for a few more people in the house, considering the amount of space and the ability to throw down an air mattress for a few more kids.

Best Treehouse Ever

We had an awesome time and wonderful stay and that’s because of this beautifully appointed home in the trees. The furnishings are so stylish and comfortable, especially the beds. The home is very equipped with everything you could need (i.e. crockpot, air fryer, 3 different coffee makers) that you will have a hard time leaving like we did. This is the perfect home for families. It has so many indoor activities available and they come in handy when there’s cooler weather outside. The children have a great downstairs bunk room right next to a family room with foosball, shuffleboard and the hot tub. Then there’s the garage Pickleball half-court and basketball hoop that kept everyone entertained. Not to mention all the bicycles available. With the parents taking over the upstairs large kitchen/dining/living room and deck areas, you may never see your kids all day. There is also a wonderful pantry to store all our provisions in, which we never had in previous rentals. Our favorite time is having coffee in the comfy swivel chairs in the kitchen watching all the morning wildlife pass by. We have been to Sunriver several times and now this is the home we hope to keep coming back to. We love the Treehouse!
