The Space:

This delightful home in Yachats features spectacular ocean views, a private hot tub, nearby beach access, and a comfortable, homey feeling that will make you feel welcome. With space for six people and two dogs, everyone will love it here!



Located toward the south end of Yachats, this home is within a short drive of the restaurants, galleries, and market in town. You may want to take a three-minute drive south to Cape Perpetua, one of the very best viewpoints on the entire coast, which also has fascinating tide pools, great hiking trails, and rugged, rocky coastline. Or, if you want to visit other coastal cities, Florence is a 25-mile drive to the south, and Newport is 25 miles north.



This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home can easily accommodate six guests, and you may even bring two dogs with you! An additional nightly pet fee will apply. The large windows in the living area provide amazing views of the ocean, so you can watch the waves roll in and out without even leaving the comfort of the couch!



You will find plenty of entertainment options here, ranging from the cable TV with DVD player, wireless Internet, and board games to the more serene wood-burning fireplace. With reclining chairs facing toward the windows, you may choose to forgo the electronics and spend an afternoon watching for birds and maybe an occasional whale!



A full kitchen has everything you may need to cook during your stay, and a laundry room means nobody will have to worry about trying to keep their clothes clean during the vacation. A sunroom is a great place to spend time during the day, and at night the futon folds out into a bed for visitors. With the king-size bed in the first bedroom and the queen-size in the second, everyone will have a comfortable and quiet spot to sleep.



Outside, a deck provides another place to watch the ocean, this time while breathing in the salty sea air. A private hot tub is a great place to relax, and a gas grill will come in handy if you feel like eating outdoors - you could even bring your food onto the beach for a nice picnic lunch!
