The Space:

Treat your family to a fantastic modern vacation retreat with a private backyard hot tub in the heart of Tollgate, one of Oregon's most authentic western communities! This two-bedroom cabin is nestled on nearly an acre of Ponderosa Pines with a large beautiful-fenced grass backyard with plenty of games to enjoy. There are two decks for relaxation and entertainment.



The cabin has contemporary furnishings for a refreshing take on a Western-style getaway. With an open floor plan and spacious loft, your group will enjoy congregating together or find a private spot for some quiet time with a good book. The interior is light and sunny, with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals. Grab a stool at the island bar to sip a glass of wine, or seat everyone around the dining table for family meals.



The main level has a primary suite with a full bath. Upstairs has a full bath, a second bedroom, and an open loft with a full-sized futon. (Please note the upstairs with its wide-set railing is not suitable for young children). Whether curled up by the fire with the snow falling outside or enjoying a soak in the hot tub on a crisp morning, you'll love calling this special vacation rental getaway home during your next Central Oregon adventure!



What's nearby:

Tollgate is a peaceful community where you can enjoy amenities like a swimming pool, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, and bike paths; meanwhile, the unique downtown shopping and dining of Sisters is just three miles away, or larger Bend is 20 miles east. In the winter months, skiers and boarders can drive 20 minutes to the family-friendly Hoodoo Ski Area or travel about an hour to world-class Mt. Bachelor. Nearby sno-parks offer tubing, snowmobile rides, Nordic skiing, and snowshoeing. Choose your summertime adventure: hiking through the national forest or along the Metolius or McKenzie Rivers, swimming in a mountain lake, fishing in the Lower Deschutes or Metolius River, golfing at Aspen Lakes or Black Butte Ranch, mountain biking on Peterson Ridge Trail, whitewater rafting on the Deschutes River, a backcountry horseback ride, or sample craft beers along the Bend Ale Trail.

Fabulous location for relaxing!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! Super quiet, beautiful backyard green space and hot tub. Kitchen was very well stocked with every spice you could imagine. Nice cool breeze in the evening and plenty of heat from the gas stove. We would definitely return for another stay!

Amazing home!

We Loved this property! The house and grounds were so inviting and beautiful. The house was SO WELL appointed - comfy furniture, beautiful decor, and the kitchen was equipped like none other, which I LOVED. Every utensil, pot, pan, or tool you could want was there for our use. I also liked that it was stocked with spices and other needs to make cooking a breeze! Really an enjoyable stay, thank you!

Sisters vacay!

We loved staying here! It was clean and had just about anything you could have needed. We didn't know it had a teepee! The hot tub was fabulous after biking into town or hiking nearby. It's a great little community. And the facilities are well maintained. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

Awesome little cabin

We really enjoyed our stay! We were a group of 4, two couples on a weekend ski trip to Hoodoo. This place was perfect for us. Loved the privacy of the Tolgate neighborhood and the private hot tub to relax in after a day on the mountain. Lots of good kitchen amenities for cooking too. Comfortable beds and enjoyed the warm cozy gas fireplace.

Great house for cycling

We came to Sisters especially to enjoy some of the local bike rides. What a great surprise to find ourselves right through the gate to a logging road that connects to forest service roads to ride for many miles in several directions. Virtually zero traffic on pretty well packed dirt roads are great for mountain, gravel, or cruiser bikes as well as families. The logging road also connects to a bike lane into town that bypasses busy hwy 20. As veterans of many vacation rentals that have beautiful kitchens with high end stone counters and fancy appliances, but not even salt and pepper, this kitchen is very well stocked with many spices, condiments, and other basics. Much appreciated! Excellent hot tub. Presumably the heat in the master bedroom and the shower head in the upstairs bathroom will be repaired soon. Thanks for a nice stay.

Wonderful Sisters Getaway

This house was perfect for our trip! The rooms were comfortable, there was plenty of space for 4 adults, and the yard was an INCREDIBLE place to relax and catch up. The cafe lights around the fence added magic to the evening hot tub soaks and watching the little chipmunks chase each other around was the perfect entertainment for morning coffee on the deck. The house is situated on the edge of the community, so there are no neighbors in the backyard. It was a much-needed peaceful retreat and I would highly recommend this house!

Perfect vacation rental

Well equipped and maintained home with lots of amenities (including a pack and play!) Excellent accommodation for two couples with two toddlers. Yard space with bbq, hot tub, and tee-pee was ideal. Will stay longer next time!
