Great location.

We loved the location, the pool was nice and the kids were able to fish whenever they wanted and caught fish every time. The house can use a bit of a face lift but worked for us. Overall would rent again

There were plenty of activities. Lots of space to sleep multiple people. Everyone enjoyed ping pong, cornhole, the pool, and fishing. Just a minute walk to the beach.

Convenient and Comfortable

We loved the ping pong table, pool, and proximity to the beach. The hosts also left us some garbage bags, detergent, etc, which was really helpful.

Perfect Home for a Weekend Getaway

Had a girls weekend with eight adults in this home, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Plenty of areas to hang out in the home and within walking distance to SeaCow, Coots, the beach… and only a few mins of a drive to everything else. The Vacasa Team did an excellent job of getting our rental ready and checking to make sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful , pet-friendly home for families of 8-10.

Loved the proximity to beach, furnishings, pool and ping-pong table. Well-stocked kitchen, games and puzzles. Linens provided were quality and definitely a plus. Downstairs screened-room with ping-pong table was good when leaving pets outside without a fenced yard. Pool is small, with bench seating throughout most - fenced in and great for lounging in the heat, but not as much for kids wanting to swim. Laundry room has great washer and dryer, but must use stool provided to retrieve washed clothes and it’s located under the house- very inconvenient when no cover coming outside during bad weather. No hooks or places to hang things off the floor in laundry room, bedrooms or under the house. Bathrooms only have hooks behind the doors- too far from showers to grab a towel when exiting. Overall, would recommend the house and definitely plan to stay here, again.

Needs some serious attention

I wouldn't say I Loved much, about the property. Other than the layout of the house. But the floors are wavy, AC sucks, outdoor lighting is terrible, the deck is popping up all over leaving nails exposed, the pool is great but smaller than it looks in photo. Overall outside setup needs redone as it has random tables with random amount of chairs around but no real center point especially near the pool.

Awesome property, awesome location, awesome service!

The property was all that it was advertised to be and more! The owners thought of everything their guests might need. From an incredibly well-stocked kitchen, to beach chairs, a beach wagon, floats for the pool, games, books, and even cleaning supplies, we cannot think of anything we wanted that wasn't provided. In addition, the property manager and maintenance helper were incredible! We had and electrical issue that was not the fault of the owner or Vacasa. The property manager and maintence helper were in constant communication, offered solutions to keep us happy, and then followed up to be sure the problem had been solved. We had a wonderful time and are grateful we had the chance to stay at such a beautiful place to make memories with our family. Thanks to the owner, property manager, and maintenance for such a lovely vacation and for exceeding our expectations in every way!

Great location horrible air conditioner

We stayed during the last week in July and it was hot. The whole house air-conditioner barely kept the house at 80 degrees and at night it was miserable. The tiny window unit in the kitchen was the only thing that kept the house from being extremely miserable. The floor in the kitchen sagged a lot Otherwise the location was great near the stores and shops and walking distance to the beach.

loved our stay and want to rent it again next year.

The home had everything you could ever need on vacation. We had a wonderful time!!!! My only suggestion would be to have an additional refrig in the laundry room. The frig in the house had a broken shelf and the bottom door area. We cooked all of our meals and had to keep sodas and koolaid in ice chests because the frig was so small. Maybe move the one in the home to the laundry area so kids dont track in so much to get something to drink and put a new one in the house.

Overall a great stay. Was not happy that the dryer belt broke early in our stay and wasn't fixed until the day before we left. Also, the kitchen sink leaked which was not ideal either. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
