This property offers the best of both worlds, with scenic vistas of the salt marsh and access to the beach from your doorstep in less than three blocks. Outside, the new beachside and streetside stairs will make it easy to access the water.



Discover the beauty that surrounds you by hopping onto the bike path that runs on the other side of the street. There is no better way to start your day than with an inspiring marsh view from each of the four bedrooms, furnished with new carpeting and new, luxury, premium, pillow-top, hotel-grade mattresses. Each bedroom also provides private access to the comfortably furnished decks, where you can spend hours soaking in the sweet southern breeze as it sweeps over the Lowcountry salt marsh. The downstairs living area, dining room, and kitchen are spacious and set up for evenings in after a day on the boat or the beach. You'll love taking advantage of the kitchen's quartz countertops and appliances when you prepare tonight's home-cooked masterpiece, and your guests can enjoy their meal at the new dining table and breakfast bar stools. The home is furnished with new plank flooring, and there is a wet bar available for entertaining your guests. Afterward, kick back in the home's new sofas to catch up with old friends. There’s always enough time for a well-deserved vacation!

We loved the location and view. Beautiful marsh, quiet, nice space between other houses, birds and deer, outdoor shower to wash off sand after beach walks, and more. We were very pleased with our visit!!

The home and views were amazing! We loved our short walk or bike and golf cart rides to the beach. The marsh view and sunrises over the marsh are stunning! The home is bright, comfortable, and was perfect for our family.

The marsh views were amazing and watching the birds and deer was fun to watch. The house was nicely and comfortably furnished. My husband was thrilled to find 3 prints done by his uncle hanging in the entry of the house. Was made more special since his uncle just passed several months ago. Would highly recommend.

Edisto Beach Home

We enjoyed our time at Edisto Beach. This house is in a beautiful area. It was very clean and we had plenty of room. We rented a golf cart and toured the island. We also enjoyed a fishing expedition. If you want to spend time at the beach, you will need to bring your own towels, chairs, and umbrella as these are not provided with the rental. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!!

Amazing home and location on Edisto

Loved the spacious house and porches. Marsh view is amazing. Short walk to the beach. Wish we'd had more days to relax. There's some excellent books to read about the area on the shelf as well. Vacasa property management/service kept us well informed of the check out/in process.We forgot to bring our own salt/pepper and oil for cooking but otherwise kitchen is well stocked and there is coffee maker, electric kettle, and cappuccino maker. Screened in porch excellent to escape the biting bugs which weren't bad in March but it is the beach/marsh so be prepared.Nice outdoor shower. Would love to stay here again.

Great getaway

Perfect time of year to visit. Wonderful home. Our four kiddos also enjoyed the home and loved the outdoor shower and hammock. We loved enjoying the sunrise every morning from bed! All bedrooms have wonderful views with door to balconies. Also go to beach access 35 for wonderful sunsets. Well stocked kitchen in regards to dishes, pots, pans, utensils and so on. Will need to bring or purchase at the food lion spices and such. Traffic can be loud from down stairs bedroom, fyi.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: "Just Us" was perfect for our family reunion in the South. We loved the kitchen, well supplied/stocked, since love to cook even when vacationing. Plenty of room for everyone to relax both inside and on the screen porch overlooking the marsh and upper deck off bedrooms. Great bird watching. It was an easy walk to beach, and a felt that the location was really convenient. I would come back and rent again.

⸻Pros:We loved the beautiful marsh views from every room and would happily rent this house again. The rooms appeared freshly painted in cheerful, bright colors and were mostly well-decorated. The home felt spacious, with comfortable upstairs beds. The kitchen was well-equipped, featuring a wine cooler and water filtration system. We also appreciated Vacasa’s quick response when the upstairs air conditioner wasn’t cooling—they provided portable units right away and repaired the system soon after. Vacasa even offered a 10% discount toward a future stay for the inconvenience.Cons:There was no hair dryer or bath mats in the shared upstairs bathroom. The downstairs master bed was too soft, and the queen headboard didn’t fit the king mattress. Some of the older sliding doors were difficult to lock, the shower heads had low water pressure, and the pillows were overly firm. A few in our group felt the house seemed a bit tired overall, in need of a deep cleaning, and we found the carpet near the sliding door still wet from rain before our arrival.

When the air conditioner went out, the management quickly brought portable air conditioners.
