Recently renovated vacation apartment (75 m²) for up to 7 people with free Wi-Fi

The vacation rental, with 75 m² of living space, is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 1–7 people (one double bed, one bunk bed, one bed with a pull-out extension, and an optional crib). The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stovetop, oven, pod coffee maker, toaster, and hand blender, has everything you could need. It also includes a dining area for 6 people and an optional high chair. The vacation rental has 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed and an extendable single bed, as well as a smart TV with satellite TV and all popular streaming apps such as Netflix, YouTube...). Upon request, a cot can also be provided in the bedroom with the double bed. The small bathroom, equipped with a sink, mirror, bathtub with shower (shower curtain), and toilet, is functional. Access to the apartment is equipped with a digital lock system, making keys a thing of the past. You can open both the door to the stairwell and the door to the apartment using a numeric code generated specifically for you, which automatically deletes itself after your stay. This allows all travelers to leave and re-enter the apartment independently of one another. Once payment is received, you’ll receive your access code via WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer. Furthermore, this means you’re not dependent on our presence on-site and can arrive at any time without time pressure and check in immediately. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and a lockable garage (by prior arrangement only) in front of the house free of charge. Payment of the total amount is due upon making a binding reservation. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or via PayPal. You can also check in to the apartment at any time of day or night. Thanks to the digital code system, this can be done key-free. Check-in starts at 2:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Meals: Self-catering. Key handover is done digitally. You will receive a temporary code for the duration of your stay. There are 2 garages available for our 3 apartments. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use a garage during your stay.
