Romántica casa de campo con un toque único cerca de las playas más bellas de Gozo. Cuenta con 4 dormitorios y de las luminosas salas de estar en el 1er. El piso tiene una vista mágica al mar.
La propiedad se originó en el siglo XVIII. Century y ha sido renovado de manera contemporánea. Se compone de 2 edificios, que solo se pueden alquilar juntos, está construido completamente de piedra natural de Gozitan, lo que crea un ambiente acogedor y cálido, con arcos de ladrillo o vigas a la vista y pisos de baldosas pintadas a mano de colores. La casa es atmosférica con muebles antiguos y estilo rústico.

EN LA CASA PRINCIPAL: A dos marítimos o Las habitaciones triples y una habitación doble romántica en la planta baja, se puede acceder a ambas habitaciones por una escalera de caracol de piedra que conduce a la sala de estar.
EN EL EDIFICIO EXTERIOR: Un dormitorio (con cama con dosel) junto a la piscina y arriba un dormitorio con una cama francesa y balcón. Ambas habitaciones fueron completamente renovadas en 2013. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño y su propio acceso al jardín.

Family holiday

Loved having a pool. Loved the architecture of the building and the artwork, and the owner and the caretaker were very friendly and helpful. Would go again if visiting Gozo.

Great place for friends

Rustic with everything you need. Pool a godsend on hot days. Lots of steps which wld be difficult for young children or those with mobility issues who want to use kitchen/living room. Great location easy to travel round Gozo.

Stayed in Farmhouse Bin Gemma for one week in July, the property is simply devine, much better than the website pictures. The ideal location for a peaceful relaxing getaway from the husstle and busstle of everyday life.

Lovely Farmhouse stay on Gozo

A great place for 2 families to stay. Plenty of space, very well equipped.Great views from roof terrace We hired a car allowing us to explore the island. So many beautiful areas to swim, amazing places to eat and things to do. We hired a boat from Xlendi to visit the Blue lagoon and enjoy other areas accessible only by boat. Highly recommended this farmhouse it was perfect .

So charming

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Bin Gemma! Great location, charming and relaxing. I miss my morning coffee on the roof top terrace, with the view of the ocean. And the scent of orange blossoms will forever bring me back to beautiful Gozo.

Great old farmhouse

We had a fun stay with 2 other couples. Pool was well used when we were not exploring the many fabulous coastal waters. Kitchen is very well equiped and laundry was very handy. Outdoor and indoor dining options were also good. We were sorry the week there ended so quickly.

Amazing house

We loved the house! The area is not the nicest, but the house was really worth it. It has anything you may need (including a barbeque). We loved the rooftop terrace and the pool. The caretaker is really nice, she stopped by twice to ask if we need anything. We totally recommend it!

A Dream Come True

We all absolutely loved Bin Gemma. A perfect place to stay in Gozo. My husband and I had a little bit of trouble with the stairs, with the kitchen being upstairs and potential renters should be aware of the stairs if they have leg/knee problems. Definitely needed a hire car from this destination to see Gozo but lots of walkways to enjoy and the view was magic both at night time and day time. We stayed in the middle of winter and had a wonderful time. The rest of the year would be even more marvellous. So sad to leave, definitely would recommend to any groups who want accommodation on Gozo. Plenty of room etc. An adventurous home to stay in. Our family would definitely recommend Bin Gemma to anyone wanting to enjoy a beautiful holiday on beautiful Gozo.

How our holyday became a major catastrophe.

What basically a fantastic holyday should be, ultimately became a major catastrophe . I do understand that people put a lot of effort in providing us a special place. The farmhouse looked very nice and that’s why we paid some good money to stay. But this is what happened at our stay. On arrival day all was well but after the first night my wife and myself noticed a few spots on our body. At first we thought they were mosquito bites but the next night after we had taken every precaution (skin prepare with Deet, keeping the doors closed, use the mosquito net and putting on the fan) the number of spots increased. An allergic reaction might be possible too because it was only the room which had direct access to the pool. The other rooms had no problems. The third night was worse, the itching was so bad we could barely sleep. The next day I went to the pharmacy to buy tablets against the itching. The spots were intense and there were blisters. We could not sit in the sun or use the pool. The only thing what was left was being miserable which was very sad for our children. The last night we both didn’t sleep at all and we were happy to go home. When we arrived at home today I visited our family doctor he told me the spots and blisters ( estimated 100) are 100% flea or bed bugs bites. He gave me antibiotics because some spots were already infected and some corticosteroid cream to improve the healing of the blisters. Infections are dangerous especially for me because I have an artificial aortic graft. Later on I the visited the ER because the blisters spontanous bursts the doctor on duty told me the exact same thing about fleas/bedbugs. I mailed the owner and this in short her reaction: As owners of a holiday home on Gozo, it’s generally not possible to keep mosquitos and sandflies out of the house and that’s why we are not responsible for natural appearances and for this problem. Furthermore, I hope that you recover soon and that you try to understand my sight of the things. I think I have made my point when two doctors have the same diagnose. What made me sad is that we have paid a lot of money and the owners don’t take any responsibility. A compromising refund would be appropriate. So let this be a warning .Check your room and bed before using it.

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, die Kommunikation im Vorhinein hat super funktioniert und sowohl die Vermieterin als auch die Betreuerin vor Ort sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Leider war der Pool bei unserer Ankunft sehr trüb und in einem Badezimmer gab es ein Problem mit dem Abfluss (langsam und unangenehmer Geruch). Beide Probleme wurden sehr kurzfristig (Pool sogar am Sonntag) bearbeitet, bis der Pool wieder sauber war, war unser Aufenthalt leider schon vorbei. Der Abfluss hat schnell wieder funktioniert, der Geruch blieb leider auch bis zum Ende.Ohne die beiden Details wäre es eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung.Ich glaube, dass beide Probleme eine Ausnahme waren.

Zurück in die Vergangenheit

Wir waren nach 12 Jahren mal wieder auf Gozo. Insgesamt zum 6. mal (das erste mal 1995). Da wir nun nicht mehr auf die Sommerferien und die große Hitze angewiesen sind, vesuchten wir es diesmal im November. Wir hatten, bis auf ein paar Regentage, durchgehend 22-24 Grad. Auch das Wasser hatte noch angenehme Badetemperatur. Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir(zwei befreundete Pärchen) überwältigt von der Größe des Farmhauses. Jeder hatte genug Platz, sich großzügig auszubreiten. Das ganze Haus war toll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ausserdem wurden wir super von Cettina betreut. Auf der Insel hat es sich bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten überhaupt nicht verändert, sodass wir uns gleich wieder gut zurecht gefunden haben. Diese Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen und werden bestimmt noch mal wiederkommen. Dann auch gerne wieder im Farmhaus Bin Gemma. Vielen Dank für alles und liebe Grüße. Familien Rebers nochnochsehangenehme Badetemperaturen.

Super om met 3 stellen en 3 kids allemaal een eigen kamer met eigen ingang en badkamer te hebben. Prachtig gelegen met uitzicht over zee vanaf het balkon. Zeker een aanrader om naar Gozo te gaan! Het is er prachtig!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Ein wunderschönes Haus im lokalen Stil, schöner Pool und Grill, viel Platz für 9 Erwachsene, viele Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, einige Zimmer mit liebevollen Details ausgestattet, sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Alles bestens bis auf zwei Details: in der ersten Septemberwoche waren abends sehr viele Mücken unterwegs und es sollten präventiv mehr Insektenfallen gegen mediterran-typische Insekten aufgestellt werden. Die lokale Betreuerin hat dies dann nach unserem Hinweis direkt getan.

Brilliant house

We had an amazing week. We were a party of 6 and the house was big enough for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is well-equipped, dining room has stunning views of the sea, and the bedrooms are all large. We didn’t hire a car. We walked to Johnny’s supermarket which took 10 mins. We used a combination of buses and Bolt to get around, all very easy. The pool was a bit chilly at the end of October, Ramla Bay beach is close by and well worth the effort. Cettina and Saviour are both lovely and helpful, and very happy to chat. I highly recommend this villa.

Lovely farmhouse

We stayed in farmhouse Bin Gemma for two weeks and had a great time, the farmhouse is just as you see it on the website if not better. Very spacious, nice sized pool,which we spent many a happy hour cooling down, only criticism is it could do with some air conditioning as is very hot inside at night when trying to get to sleep. Rooftop top terrace is great and had a lovely view. There is a bus stop at end of road that takes you to Victoria or beach. We walked to beach only half an hours walk, lovely beach. The town of Nadur is about 20 minutes walk, with a few restaurants and shops. The farmhouse was very clean and the housekeeper Cittena and her husband were lovely and friendly on hand if you needed them. I would definitely recommend this farmhouse.

Holiday

Loved the house .quiet location easy to walk to small town and bus stops. Liked being in less busy area. Only issue was shopping without car but managed well small shop well stocked at end road Cleaner pool person and owner all very helpful . House lovely pool big enough to cool off in perfect for us .
