This lovingly furnished and spacious end-of-row house in the “Grünen Winkel” invites you to enjoy a relaxing and restful vacation by the Baltic Sea.
On the first floor of the house is a large, bright living/dining room with a Danish wood-burning stove, 2 sofas, a large TV, and an internet radio/DAB+. There is also a dining table that seats 6 people. The floor is tiled with terracotta. From here, you have access to the patio and the fenced-in, secluded garden. The spacious kitchen-diner is equipped with a dining table featuring a bench and three chairs. You also have access to the patio from here. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Next to the bathroom is the utility room, which contains a washing machine, a fireplace ash vacuum, and other useful household items.
From the large hallway, a staircase next to the front door leads to the upper floor. On the upper floor, you’ll find three bedrooms and another bathroom. The upper-floor hallway offers storage space for your luggage. Also available there: a crib, high chair, stair gate, and vacuum cleaner. One large bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m – bed sheets 180 x 200), 2 nightstands and reading lamps, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a stereo/CD system, an armchair, a table, and a wardrobe. Another bedroom also features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m – bed sheets 180 x 200), two nightstands with reading lamps, a wardrobe, and an armchair. The third bedroom has a bed (1.40 x 2.00 – bed sheets 140 x 200), a nightstand, a reading lamp, and a dresser. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, and sink.
The house’s terrace and garden live up to the “Green Corner” theme and are an idyllic place to unwind. The natural garden, featuring old fruit trees, is fenced in and surrounded by hedges and privacy screens. At the KELLENHUS, you’ll find peace, rest, and relaxation. The house is perfectly equipped and very comfortably furnished. Nothing is missing—two minor issues that we reported so we wouldn’t have to bear the responsibility or costs were fixed immediately. We hadn’t expected that at all and were very grateful for the great service!
