It is located on the side of the "Strandhaus Zingst" facing the lake, on the first floor, with a view of the dike. The open-concept living/dining area—featuring a high-quality built-in kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, and access to the balcony—offers you exceptional comfort. The bedroom features a luxurious box-spring double bed (180x200) and ample storage space for your clothes. In the spacious bathroom, you’ll find a sink, a toilet, and a walk-in rain shower. Free Wi-Fi is provided. A parking space on the property is reserved for you. Barbecues are not permitted.

Here, relaxation and comfort are top priorities. The unique “Strandhaus Zingst” property was built in 2019 and is located in a prime beachfront location directly behind the dike. The beach house is divided into 16 high-end apartments and a penthouse. The stylishly furnished apartments accommodate 2–4 people and are accessible via an elevator on the upper floors. Each apartment features a balcony or terrace, heated floors, and a bathroom with a shower. The penthouse’s rooftop terrace also offers guests a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea. Internet access, a parking space, and bicycle storage are available to our guests free of charge.
