Ocean Bay Club 307 is located in the popular Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. This North Myrtle Beach vacation rental is a comfortable 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo that accommodates up to 8 guests. This rental has a king bed in the master bedroom with a TV and balcony access. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV. The master bathroom has a jetted tub and shower stall. The other 2 bathrooms have a shower and tub combination. This oceanfront condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with TV and oceanfront balcony, free WIFI, washer, and dryer.

Ocean Bay Club has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, jacuzzi, and fitness room. Parking is on-site. The beauty of your day can begin with a stroll along the shore while watching the magnificent sunrise. Sip a cup of coffee on the oceanfront balcony while watching the ocean awake to the feeding of gulls and crashing waves against the shoreline. The stunning sunset is never a disappointment!

Ocean Drive is where you can enjoy your favorite beach song, dine at local favorites, shop along the way, or dance until the wee hours of the night. Kids will enjoy Ocean Drive Pavilion which is open during the summer months and is a 2 block walk from Ocean Bay Club. Visit Shops on Main and the Greg Rowles Legacy Theatre for family fun and entertainment! For other tourists' favorites, try out Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Pirates Voyage, The Alabama Theater, and Carolina Opry, just to name a few! Ocean Bay Club is conveniently located to all of your vacation desires. From golfing, shopping, fishing, parasailing, and other beach vacation favorites, just about everything you could possibly want to do and more on your vacation is just a few minutes away!

Departure clean and linens (sheets, bath towels, and washcloths) are included in the total of this rental.

* 3 parking passes are allowed.
* Families only. No student groups. Minimum age to rent is 25.
* This is a non-smoking property, except in designated areas.
* Pets are not allowed on the property by guests.
* Motorcycles are not allowed on the property by guests.
* Golf carts are not allowed on the property by guests.
* Parking garage height restrictions: Ground Level: height restriction 8 feet 6 inches. Parking Levels 1-6: Height restriction is 6 feet, 8 inches.
* The main pool will be heated in April, May, October, and November.
* The indoor pool is heated from September to May.
* Bathrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors.
