This 35 m² vacation rental accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette situated in the entrance area, a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a dining corner, along with a separate bedroom featuring a bunk bed (2 x 90 cm x 190 cm). The bathroom includes a shower and WC.

Modern amenities include a digital SAT-TV, LCD television with HD and USB connections, a radio/CD/USB player, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed in the entire building. A shared bicycle storage room is available on the property for all guests.
