This high-quality and exceptionally tastefully furnished apartment features an excellent floor plan and offers the utmost in living comfort. You’ll be pleasantly surprised—every detail has been lovingly considered down to the “smallest detail.”<br>A spacious entryway with a coat rack and light-colored tile flooring—which runs throughout the entire apartment—welcomes you. From the hallway, you can access all other rooms. The large living room features a leather sofa with an ottoman, a glass coffee table, a sideboard, a 48-inch smart TV, a VCR, a multifunction stereo system, a CD player, a DVD player, a radio, and an USB port. The open, modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, bottle warmer, and all the cooking utensils aspiring professional chefs need. The spacious dining area has enough room for four people. From the living room, you can step out onto the large sun terrace and enjoy the “morning sun” here.<br>The two separate bedrooms each feature a double bed with twin mattresses, a wardrobe, curtains, and blinds.<br>From the larger bedroom, you can step out onto the large sun terrace, where you can enjoy the glorious evening sun. A beach chair is also available here for your comfort.<br>The apartment features a brightly tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a separate guest restroom. A travel crib, a child’s seat that attaches to the dining table, a “Trip Trap” high chair, and a children’s table with two chairs are also provided. <br>From May 1 through September 15, a beach chair is available for you at the “Behrens” beach chair rental.<br>This is a non-smoking apartment; we ask for your cooperation.<br>Dogs are allowed upon request for a fee. In the summer, you can let your four-legged friend run free on the designated beach sections. From early October through late March, all beach sections are open to dogs.<br>Use of a parking space is included.<br>You can store your bicycles in the basement, provided there is sufficient space.<br>A washing machine is available in the building, and free Wi-Fi is provided (no compensation will be provided in the event of a service outage).
