Vacation home with pool in medieval village Bale

Casa Istriana is a highlight in the quiet center of Bale, just a few minutes from the old town. The 100 m² Casa Istriana has a living room with a modern, open kitchen and a bathroom with shower/WC on the first floor, while two bedrooms and another bathroom (shower/WC) are located on the second floor. The bedrooms each have access to the upper terrace, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view over the garden with the pool and the old town of Bale. The terrace, which adjoins the living area, is sheltered from the wind so that you can enjoy cooler evenings outdoors.
The adjoining small garden at the house belongs exclusively to the house, the pool area with the summer kitchen is also used by two other vacation apartments of the neighboring Villa Nina. The hosts live in the adjoining house and are always available to answer any questions you may have.
Of course, the house also has a parking space on the enclosed property.
The old town of Bale, restaurants, bars and stores are just a 5-minute walk from the house. The beaches of San Polo and Colone are just a few minutes away by bike or car.
