**GUEST ACCESS:**
You’ll have access to a plethora of amenities during your stay, all within a short 5 minute drive. These include: lake access/boat ramp, golf course, marina with boat rental, Captain Pete's floating restaurant, gym, lakefront park, disc golf, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball court, library, and junior Olympic size pool! Guests will be left with to two POA passes for use of these amenities.

Please take care to keep these cards safe, as fees may apply for replacements.

The hot tub can be heated at your convenience, making it easy to unwind and soak away in style. Pool can be heated for additional fee of $150/night if scheduled with host in advance.

For those looking to stay active, we offer a variety of games, paddle board, sports equipment, sand toys, and more for your enjoyment throughout your stay.

Group must be over 25 to book our place. We are in a family friendly neighborhood and need to be respectful of the neighbors. No loud noise or music after 10pm.

Beds recap: There are 2 king bed suites, 1 queen bedroom, and a bunkbed room with 2 full size beds and 1 twin trundle bed that pulls out. So 6 beds total.

* Limit cars to 4 or less and no street parking. You're welcome to park in the garage and driveway

*Pool: Use of the pool is at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. All guests must swim at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. No diving.
*Hot Tub: Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or under the influence of alcohol or medications should not use the hot tub. Shower before use.

*Assumption of Risk: All guests and their visitors assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of minors in their care when using the pool or hot tub.

Top bunks are intended for guests 6 years and older only. Children under 6 must sleep on the lower bunk or a ground-level bed.

Guests assume full responsibility for safe use of the bunk beds. Do not jump on or play roughly on bunk beds.
