Waltraud House: Hualewjonken Vacation Apartment with Terrace and Wi-Fi

The "Hualewjonken" vacation rental at Haus Waltraud is a cozy 39 m² apartment on the first floor that sleeps up to two people. The accommodations are located in a quiet setting in a village, near a forest, and offers a particularly relaxing atmosphere with views of the garden and the surrounding countryside. It’s about 2,000 m to the sea and the same distance to the sandy beach—ideal for anyone who wants to spend their days by the water and return to peace and quiet in the evenings. Shopping options for daily needs are about 1,000 m away, while the nearest restaurant is approximately 800 m away. Public transportation is also a short distance away, about 100 m.

The apartment features two rooms, including a separate bedroom and a living area with a sofa nook and cozy furnishings. The bedroom offers sleeping accommodations for two people. The dining area, complete with a dining table and an additional sofa, is perfect for enjoying meals together. The enclosed kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment/cabinet, microwave, ceramic cooktop, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, and is fully functional thanks to kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, and dish towels. For your comfort, a TV and Wi-Fi are also available, so you can stay connected at all times, even while on vacation. Heating ensures pleasant temperatures even on cooler days.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower and offers all the basic amenities, such as a toilet, sink, mirror, and other fixtures. The apartment also includes bed linens and towels, along with a starter kit. For everyday use, a vacuum cleaner and a smoke detector are provided, along with practical items such as a trash can and a dresser. Outside, you can enjoy the patio; patio furniture is also provided. Since the vacation rental is a non-smoking property, guests can look forward to a particularly fresh indoor environment. Children are welcome, and a private parking space is available right on the premises. There is also a doctor’s office, a bank, and an ATM nearby—for your peace of mind and to make running errands easy during your stay.


NON-SMOKING PROPERTY - Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house, on the balconies, or on the terraces.

Special Note from the Landlord: Charging e-bike batteries or other lithium-ion batteries in the vacation rentals is strictly prohibited for fire safety reasons. 1.0 The landlord is not obligated to provide charging stations for e-bikes. Guests may need to use their own charging solutions outside the vacation rental. 1.1 This prohibition is intended to protect: floor coverings, walls, furniture, and fire safety regulations
1.2 In the event of a violation, the guest is liable for all damages as well as for additional cleaning costs or necessary repairs
