The Space:

Cabo's rooftop light has a way of making everything feel unhurried - the desert ridgeline catching the last warmth of the afternoon, the hum of the marina district below, and the pool water going still just as the sky shifts. This loft in the Morgan Building puts you at the center of downtown Cabo San Lucas with just enough elevation to leave the noise where it belongs.

 

Living space

The loft has real character. Retro-inspired details give the interior a distinct personality that sets it apart from the usual rental, and the open layout works easily for up to four guests. A split-type ductless AC system handles the desert heat, while room-darkening shades let you sleep in after a long evening out. A TV and Ethernet connection are there for quieter nights in, and an iron plus clothing storage keep you organized without digging through a bag all week. Exterior security cameras are in place in the parking garage, near the building entrance, and in shared spaces like the elevator - there are no cameras inside the condo.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The loft sleeps 4 across 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1.5 bathrooms. Bed linens, towels, hangers, and clothing storage are all provided - arrive light and settle in straight away.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is set up for real cooking: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave, with cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - and a complete set of dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. A Keurig coffee machine and coffee are ready at the dining table for slow mornings before the day gets moving. Whether you're putting together a full meal or grabbing something quick before heading to the water, the kitchen handles it.

 

Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub and comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleaning products, and hot water. Everything is ready when you arrive.

 

Outdoor living & shared spaces

Step out onto the patio or balcony when you want air without going far. When the heat calls for a swim, the rooftop outdoor pool opens up to city skyline and desert views - one of the Morgan Building's most distinctive features. The shared backyard is fully fenced, and the communal areas include a BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture. Beach essentials - beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are included, and shared beach access puts the water within easy reach. A shared gym in the building is available for guests who like to keep their routine on the road.

 

Location

The Morgan Building sits at the heart of downtown Cabo San Lucas, roughly a 15-minute walk from the marina. An on-site restaurant serves Italian gourmet dishes and house drinks - a straightforward option when you'd rather not go far for dinner. The building occasionally hosts weekend events, which suits guests who enjoy a bit of local atmosphere. Free parking is available in the on-premises garage and on the street, and an elevator makes getting around the building simple. An in-unit washer handles laundry, with a laundromat nearby as a backup. The host greets you on arrival, luggage drop-off is available for flexible timing, and both long-term stays and cleaning during your stay can be arranged.



Guest Access:

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the third floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**



Other Things to Note:

This property is super close by to any and all stores you may need during your stay, like the Oxxo (Mexican 7-11), grocery stores, restaurants, laundromats and is less than 10 minutes from the famous Medano Beach.
