Woodland Cabin w/ Hot Tub, Game Room & Outdoor TV

Charming cabin in Indian Mountain Lake with 3BD plus a lower-level sleeping area that comfortably sleep 6. Enjoy a wood-burning hot tub, outdoor TV, gas fire pit, and a real wood fire pit with bench and swings. The lower level features a game room, small bar, and movie theater. Summer community pools and amenities available for a small fee. Located in Albrightsville near Pocono Raceway, Hickory Run, Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Kalahari, and Camelback.

WELCOME
The home can be accessed through both the front door and the side door, offering easy and convenient entry.

MAIN LEVEL
Enter through the front door and you’ll find the living room immediately to the left, featuring a comfortable seating area, TV, and fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Just beyond is an open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a center island. Directly across from the entrance is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Down the hallway to the right are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and closet space. One bedroom also includes a TV. Near the kitchen is a staircase leading to the lower level.

LOWER LEVEL
The lower level opens into a fun game room with games, a bar area, seating, and a large smart TV. To the right is an additional sleeping area with a queen bed (owner’s closet in this room is locked). To the left of the stairs is a laundry room with washer and dryer for guest use, followed by a full bathroom with a shower and a utility room.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Sliding doors from the kitchen lead to the backyard patio with seating and a gas fire pit. To the side of the house is a small outdoor dining area. Further back, enjoy an outdoor TV, wood-burning hot tub, fire pit area with a wooden deck, and a swing set.

WOOD SUPPLY
A woodshed is located near the fire pit. Guests may add unlimited access to our wood supply for a $35 fee.

LATE/ EARLY CHECK IN / CHECK OUT $35 fee.

If you are planning to use the Association amenities, wristbands are $10 per person and can be purchased directly at the community office:

Mon–Thurs: 8 AM – 4 PM

Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM

Saturday: 8 AM – 2 PM

After 2 PM on Saturday and all day Sunday, wristbands can be purchased at the Seneca Pool Snack Shack (cash only).

Community Amenities

- MAIN LAKE

Main Lake is our largest lake in the development that spans 45 acres! It is also 4 ft deep and has a great fish life for our avid fisherman (permits required)!
There are also several different playgrounds for our younger members.
Please keep in mind that the ropes are not put out for swimming until early summer.

Seneca Pool


- BOULDER LAKE
Boulder Lake is the fan favorite among our members! It is 9.4 acres wide and can go to almost 12 feet deep!
Boulder Lake also features a playground area, boat racks and even a volleyball net.
Please remember that swimming is allowed when the ropes are put out in early summer.

- The BASKETBALL COURT is located right next to our clubhouse and across the way from Main Lake. It is a great area for the kids to play after school!

Fishing Lake

- FISHING LAKE is 3.3 acres wide and 4 and a half feet deep and is a favorite for fishing!
In fact, every year we hold our annual Fishing Derby at this very lake!

- TWIN LAKE is 3.5 acres wide and can go to be almost 6 feet deep.

Watauga may be our smallest lake at .6 acres, but it is still fun for our fisherman, nature enthusiasts and families!

Other things to note
We are located in a Private Gated Community (Indian Mountain Lakes). You will have to provide us with full names of all guests before your stay. You will have to check in at the Security Booth/Gate upon arrival and provide them with the property address, all names and IDs of all guests.
Please, note that any names that were not given to us prior to your arrival will not be able to enter the Community.

Please, note that we need to submit Reservation Form to the Office at least 2 business days before your check in date. In case of last minute inquiries that are less than 2 business days to the trip, or in case that the guest did not provide us with the required information on time - fee of $80 will be added.
