THE SPACE:
Step inside this expansive, lodge-inspired retreat where comfort meets elevated style. The main living area welcomes you with two plush sofas and cozy armchairs gathered around a fireplace and mounted TV—enjoy quiet evenings in. Downstairs, the game room becomes your private entertainment hub. Challenge friends to air hockey, relive the glory days of arcade gaming, or unwind in home-theater-style leather recliners - perfect for movie nights or watching the big game. A convenient wet bar with a Keurig/drip coffee combo, sink, and full-size refrigerator keeps snacks and drinks close at hand.

Upstairs, the gourmet kitchen is designed to impress. Rich dark cabinetry pairs beautifully with sleek white stone countertops and premium stainless-steel appliances, including double ovens that make cooking for a crowd effortless. Guests can gather around the spacious island for casual bites, while the dining table comfortably seats ten for memorable meals filled with laughter.

Step onto the upper-level deck and take in the lake breeze and sweeping views. This inviting outdoor space features a fireplace, TV, generous seating, and a table for six—ideal for relaxing evenings. (The charcoal grill is located at the front of the property, just to the right.) On the lower-level deck, you’ll find even more ways to unwind, including a seven-person hot tub, a convertible shuffleboard/dining table for eight, corn hole game and picturesque sunset views framed by the surrounding trees.

This home comfortably accommodates 14 guests across six private bedrooms (up to 18 with futons/sofas):

Bedroom #1: King bed, twin futon, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2: King bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3: King bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #4: King bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #5: King bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #6: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds, twin futon, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.

* Parking for up to six vehicles is available at the front of the property (first-come, first-served).
* Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.
* Reservation totals include accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, and applicable taxes.
* This home is not pet-friendly.
* Two washer and dryer sets are provided—one on each level.
* Portable crib and highchair available.
* Community pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
* Resort amenities, including pools and hot tubs, are managed by the HOA. Availability is subject to their operation schedule. The property owner is not responsible for any refunds in the event that they are closed.

Located less than 10 minutes from Table Rock Lake and Indian Point Marina, you’ll enjoy easy access to fishing, boating, swimming, and water sports. Within 15 minutes, explore the scenic trails and rolling glades of White River Balds Natural Preserve.

Just 25 minutes away, downtown Branson offers live music, eclectic dining, boutique shopping, and local wineries.
