Enjoy a cozy lounge area, complete with a sofa that folds out into a queen sleeper, making it ideal for extra guests. Step out onto one of the two balconies to soak in the coastal breeze and stunning surroundings.



Ascend to Level Three, where the main living area captivates with its expansive open floor plan. Relax in the inviting living space, furnished with a sectional sofa and additional seating, perfect for gatherings. The stylish bar area boasts an ice maker and beverage fridge, ensuring you have everything you need for entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless Bosch appliances, abundant counter space, and a large island for meal prep and socializing.
