The top-floor apartment is a particularly cozy gem with a loft-style feel. 60 square meters of comfort.

You’ll love the open and inviting design of the living-dining area, featuring a large sofa perfect for daydreaming and relaxing. From the comfort of the cozy sofa, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Eder River and the surrounding forest landscape through the three floor-to-ceiling windows, or watch a great movie on the 55-inch Smart TV.

Cooking together is a pleasure in the large open kitchen with an induction cooktop and downdraft range hood, and the extended dining area then invites you to enjoy a culinary feast by candlelight. The kitchen is fully equipped—except for an oven—including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

On the rooftop terrace, you’ll have plenty of personal space. Perhaps you’d like to wind down an eventful day at sunset with a glass of wine, or enjoy your first morning coffee with a view of the Peterskopf while making plans.

In the bright and attractively furnished bathroom, you’ll find a large rain shower and a stylish towel warmer. Even tall guests will feel right at home in the comfortably furnished bedroom. Snuggle up in the 180x200cm-wide bed under the large 155x220cm duvets and enjoy a good night’s sleep.

An extra bed can be added.


Wi-Fi, freshly made beds, hand and bath towels, hair dryer, dish towels, dish soap, cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, a grill area with a grill in the garden, a freezer in a separate lockable room, and a small starter kit for the first day round out the amenities.


Bicycles, strollers, handcarts, etc., can be stored in a separate, lockable room equipped with e-bike charging capabilities.

The free parking space is located directly in front of the house.



Welcome to your vacation stay at the beautiful Lake Eder.

Our house is a new construction and was completed in September 2021.

We offer three comfortable, individually designed, and lovingly furnished non-smoking vacation apartments for up to 4 people.

Smart TVs and free Wi-Fi, as well as electric blinds and insect screens, round out the upscale amenities.

Each apartment has its own terrace with patio furniture and an umbrella for your personal outdoor space. The communal grill, located in the garden’s grill area, and the freezer, located in a separately lockable room, are available for all guests to use.

Bicycles, strollers, handcarts, and other items can be stored in a separate, lockable room equipped with e-bike charging stations. The free parking space is located directly in front of the house.

Here, you’ll find your getaway in a quiet yet central location with a view of the surrounding forests of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
