Vacation Apartment at Residence Erik WHG 9 - Ferienresidenz Erik

Our cozy 93-square-meter vacation apartment, designed in a maritime country-house style and featuring exclusive amenities such as a large LCD TV, Wi-Fi, and a Blu-ray player, is located on the top floor of a vacation complex completed in late 2014, which includes an elevator and a private parking space right next to the building. The apartment features a spacious living area with an integrated, high-end kitchenette and a comfortable dining area. A total of three balconies invite you to relax; the balcony with a small view of the lagoon (south-facing) features a cozy seating area and dining nook. You’ll find two bright, spacious bedrooms that can accommodate 2 to a maximum of 6 people. One bedroom has a beautiful, comfortable double bed (box spring). The other has a bunk bed and a single bed with a built-in pull-out bed. Our spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet. For our younger guests, a crib, high chair, and separate children’s tableware are available.

Bed linens and towels can be booked as a package for €25.00 per person.

Dogs are welcome, provided they have a shoulder height of 40 cm. 
There is an additional dog cleaning fee of €50.00 per dog.
Large dogs upon request!

You will receive the keys directly on-site at our office,
Zimmervermittlung Twins, at Parking Lot 7b in 18230 Rerik.
The local tourist tax can only be paid in cash on site.

The apartment features a spacious living area with an integrated, high-end kitchenette and a comfortable dining area. A total of 3 balconies invite you to relax, and the balcony with a small view of the lagoon (facing south) features a cozy sitting area and dining nook. You’ll find two bright, spacious bedrooms that can accommodate 2 to a maximum of 6 people. One bedroom has a beautiful, comfortable double bed (box spring). The other has a bunk bed and a single bed with a built-in pull-out bed. Our spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
