Welcome to Paradise on the Rainbow River! This direct riverfront 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home features sleeping for up to 8 guests. The home has been meticulously maintained and is well furnished and spacious featuring smart TVs, high speed internet, 4 adult and 1 youth sized kayaks, ping pong, life size connect four, corn hole, a park style charcoal grill & hammock in backyard, as well as a beautiful park like back yard and deck overlooking the Rainbow River. Access to water is aided by stairs.

Save our springs! Please don't feel the need to buy bottled water we provide filtered fridge water. The Rainbow River is a spring river that releases about 500 million gallons of 72 degree fresh water year round daily and connects to the Withlacoochee River known for it's world class bass fishing. It has produced for thousands of years a beautiful landscape for a diverse ecosystem. We hope you enjoy and appreciate it as much as we have making life long memories that keep you coming back!

The property is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home featuring 2 King Beds and a Bunk/Trundle Bed which includes 1 Full and 2 Twin size beds. We also provide a pack-in-play crib located in the master bedroom closet. Any additional guests that stay any nights during your stay must be pre-approved. The base rate includes 4 people any more people are an extra nightly charge of $25 per night per person. All adults, children, and pets must be accounted for. Anyone under age of 25 needs approval prior to booking.

The Smart TVs provide easy login to any of your streaming subscriptions via fast wireless internet that is included with our home.

Property Rules:

*Trash comes on Thursday please leave cans out by Wednesday night.
*Kayaks and paddle boards are available for use on the water access behind the home. Please do not drive the vessels off property and put back when done the way you find them on the rack trailer in the garage.
*Please put all games back where they belong.
*Pets Allowed (1 dog only) Need prior approval before booking please include them on the reservation guest count and $120 fee is required.
*Quiet After 8PM. Follow all local, county, and state laws.
*No Illegal Drugs, Weapons, or Partying
*Smoking outside only. No smoking inside home (including E-Cigs/Vaping). Dispose of butts only in the designated cigarette trash cans outside.
*No open flames inside home.
*Please be careful not to stand or damage the irrigation pipe that is under the deck underwater on the Rainbow River.
