Floor upstairs:
-Main Bedroom with bathroom
-Big living room with the diner and the fireplace

Floor downstairs:
-Four other bedrooms, with their own bathroom each.

-The jacuzzi that is outside

Guest access
The guests have access to the entire house.

Other things to note
No need to have a 4x4 vehicle to arrive. All vehicles can arrive without problems.
