This child- and allergy-friendly, modernly furnished two-bedroom townhouse is located about a 10- to 15-minute walk from the beautiful Südstrand beach, the center of Wyk, and the wave pool with spa treatments. It spans two floors and features, on the first floor, a living room (cable TV, internet radio, sofa, 2 armchairs) with a dining area and kitchen, a half-bath with a washing machine, a hallway, and a storage room, as well as a west-facing terrace with a beach chair and patio furniture. On the first floor, there is a bedroom (double bed, cable TV, closet), a children’s room with a bunk bed, built-in closet, desk, dresser, toys, and children’s books, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and mirror cabinet. A safety gate has been installed at the staircase leading to the first floor. All rooms are lovingly and tastefully furnished. A travel crib and a high chair are available. The fenced-in playground directly in front of the house is available for shared use. A parking space is included with the house, as is a garden shed where you can store your bicycles or similar items. Wi-Fi, a telephone (German landline only), and a washing machine are available free of charge. An indoor tennis facility with outdoor courts, a soccer field, and a bakery are located in the immediate vicinity. The golf course is also not far from the house. Pets and smoking inside the house are not permitted.
