This bright and modern 2-room maisonette apartment in Scharbeutz is spread over two levels on the 3rd floor and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. From all the windows, the southeast-facing balcony, and the loggia, you’ll enjoy a partial view of the Baltic Sea.


The large living and bedroom area features laminate flooring and includes a sleeper sofa (160 cm x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, internet radio, Wi-Fi, and a dining area for 4 people. The large balcony facing the sea and the south-facing loggia are clad in high-quality Bankirai wood and furnished with modern balcony furniture.


The bright kitchenette includes an oven, a dishwasher, and everything our guests need for comfortable self-catering.


A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom, which features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, 2 separate mattresses 0.90 m x 2.00 m, height 50 cm) and a second TV, as well as a fold-out mini-balcony from which you can also enjoy a partial view of the sea. The floor is covered with high-quality cork parquet. The modern bathroom, featuring a heated towel rack, is bright and flooded with light thanks to the large window.


The house has a bicycle storage room accessible via a staircase.
A free parking space is available at the house (parking space dimensions: width 2.20 m, length 4.40 m).
Free Wi-Fi is available to guests in the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
