Welcome to Apartment 54 in Building 1 of the "Vier Jahreszeiten"!

In this 36 square meters, thoughtfully and comfortably furnished apartment with a magnificent ocean view, you and your partner can enjoy a wonderful vacation by the sea.
In the nautical-themed entryway, you’ll find a stylish coat closet with a large mirror and storage space behind it.
The small, high-quality renovated shower room features a heated towel rack, a walk-in shower with glass doors, a lighted mirror, an outlet, electric ventilation, and a toilet.

In the cozy living area, you’ll find a fully equipped built-in kitchen: A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with a modern range hood, a microwave, and plenty of space for all your cooking and dining essentials at the adjoining dining table—allowing you to relax and cook for yourself during your vacation.

The sunny southeast-facing balcony, furnished with chairs, lounge chairs, thick cushions, and a small table, offers the perfect setting for enjoying wonderful hours gazing out at the sea.

You can also relax and enjoy the view of the sea from the cozy L-shaped couch. Alternatively, for a change of pace, a TV and an ethanol fireplace are available. Books, CDs, a stereo system, a DVD player, and a VCR are also on hand to provide entertainment if you wish.

From the living room, you can access the bedroom—separated by sliding curtains—which features two single beds (each 90 × 200 cm) and two large wardrobes with plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
