The house is in a great location and Lacie the host was very responsive and professional. We were grateful they allow dogs.

We loved this stay in Gualala. Great house with plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen, nice sun room for watching the waves. Great view from the primary bedroom. Large king size, comfortable bed with nice linens. The home was very clean, had a gate and was on a large lot so lots of privacy. The home is on Hwy 1 but we really didn’t hear the road noise. It wasn’t bad at all. Found a couple great beaches to walk and watch the waves and the birds. House is close to town to grab a nice dinner.

My dog and I stayed for two nights in August 2026. It was an amazing trip, and the house and property are beautiful! We arrived at night and had no problem finding the property, checking in, etc. Check out was just as easy. The house had everything I needed from utensils to a coffee maker and even had a dog bed (my dog is 120lbs and fit perfect). The view is beautiful and the property is close to the town of Gualala along with a couple pet friendly beaches. Overall great experience. I highly recommend and will be coming back in the future.

The house is great inside, the exterior needs some attention. There are weeds and tall grass. We had some issues with the host that I wish could be ignored but they can’t really. When we got there the house hadn’t been prepared for us. Dirty sheets and countertops and bathrooms. We contacted her and she apologized and came the next day and did a great job of cleaning the house. Later in the week I texted her about garbage day as the cans were absolutely full. She never responded to me and five days later I sent her another text about the garbage and any exit instructions. I received a short message in response about confusing properties and our exit instructions. So, nice house that just needs some better attention.

We had a great time at this home. The house was clean upon arrival, incredibly comfortable, and provided almost everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The ocean view in the upstairs room is beautiful. Waking up to the views every morning was amazing. We brought our senior dog with us and the incline/stairs up to the house we a lot for her. I wouldn’t recommend bringing an older dog. The traffic noise can be annoying at times but we didn’t let it ruin the ocean views. We’d recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing beach getaway.

Very quiet home near the coast. We came with our baby and friends. Perfect for 2 couples or a small family. Beautiful views of the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed! 10/10 would stay here again.

Perfect house for us. Host was responsive and helpful. Great location for many activities. Yard was fenced so we didn’t need to worry about the dog getting out.
