Hi Denise We wished you would have reached out to us about this issue during your stay so maybe we could have done some troubleshooting with the tv room /air conditioner (A/C)/room. Last year we had a similar complaint and when we went over to check the unit It was on fan mode, not A/C I will reach out to my renters after you to inquire if this was an issue during their stay as well as this is our 1st year on VRBO and it matters to us being travelers ourselves. I can update the TV room AC description/instructions to be more detailed/include the tv room does get quite warm with the am sun rising through the front lakeview windows and advisable to keep blinds closed to keep room cooler and close the door between the kitchen area and living /TV space when running both or one of the ACs so the room(s)can cool down and stay cooled. We did have some heat waves in all fairness and we are a 1950s ish log cabin Thank you for review and please , always , try to reach out to your hosts 1st during your stay- most time , issues can be resolved in mins sometimes and then everyone can continue on enjoying their stay!!!
