This two-room apartment on the first floor is located in Gorch-Fock-Park in Timmendorfer Strand. Gorch-Fock-Park is in a fairly quiet area, yet you can quickly reach the town’s famous attractions!
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, and a south/west-facing terrace—complete with outdoor furniture during the summer months—is available for your use. Enjoying the sunshine on your own terrace—what better way to spend your vacation?

The apartment is approximately 50 m² and consists of a living/sleeping area with a pull-out sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) for 2 people. The living area features a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. You can really relax here, even in the off-season.
Adjacent to the living area is the open kitchenette, which is equipped with a 4-burner stove with oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Of course, the apartment also includes a drip coffee maker and a toaster.
A dining table invites you to gather together. A Cafissimo machine is provided; feel free to bring your own coffee pods—they’ll make your homemade cake taste even better.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe.
The apartment features a bathroom with a shower (there is a slight step at the entrance to the shower), and a cosmetic mirror is also provided in the bathroom.

The shared basement features a coin-operated washer and dryer, as well as a shared bike storage area.

Enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air with a view of the ocean, grab a good book, and relax to the fullest.

A parking space is available to you free of charge at the building.
Wi-Fi is also available free of charge (no refunds or compensation in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.

Park-like vacation complex near the beach: The 2–3-room apartments, ranging from 45 to 60 m², are stylishly furnished to accommodate up to 4 people. On the terrace or balcony, you can breathe in the fresh sea air first thing in the morning and enjoy the first rays of sunshine.

You’ll find a coin-operated washer and dryer in the communal basement.

There’s a bike rack at the building, as well as your reserved parking space.

The beach is about 150 meters away. A bakery and the town center are right nearby. Here, many exclusive shops, cozy cafés, and renowned restaurants invite you to linger.

Hansa-Park Sierksdorf is definitely worth a visit. Whether it’s roller coasters or water rides, interactive attractions, or fantastic shows, there’s something for everyone here. Culinary delights are available at the various restaurants and food stands.
