The Amelia Cottage, with approximately 190 square meters spread over two floors, offers plenty of space to relax — perfect for up to 10 people and 2 toddlers. On the first floor, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms with box-spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) and flat-screen TVs, two modern bathrooms (one with a bathtub and shower, one with a shower), and a small relaxation area in the entryway. Two bedrooms open directly onto the sunny southeast-facing terrace. The private infrared sauna provides soothing warmth during the cooler months. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find two more bedrooms with box-spring beds and TVs, a third bathroom with a shower, and an additional guest restroom. The heart of the home is the spacious living area with a dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchen. In the adjoining sunroom, you can enjoy the view of the greenery from the cozy seating area—or relax by the gas fireplace, which can be conveniently controlled by remote. From here, you can step out onto the approximately 30-square-meter south-facing terrace with plenty of space for everyone. Three parking spaces right next to the house, as well as free Wi-Fi, round out the amenities.
