With its two bedrooms and the option to add a rollaway bed in the living room, up to four adults and two children can relax and simply enjoy each other’s company here. The large living-dining room becomes the hub for time spent together. Whether gathered around the round table or snuggled up on the couch—at Villa Dorian, you can enjoy wonderful hours and moments. Upon request, we can add a high chair to the dining area, which seats six. For an additional fee, we can also provide a high chair. The sofa converts into a bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m. The entire space has an open and bright atmosphere. The living and dining area includes a fully equipped kitchen. High-quality brand-name appliances and fine tableware are all provided here. For those who enjoy browsing through books, there’s a reading nook with a rustic wingback chair. From the living room, you have access to a beautiful, 31-square-meter terrace. Sunbathing and dining under the open sky of a Baltic Sea island—welcome to paradise. This temporary home features two bedrooms. One features a comfortable and spacious double bed (2.00 m x 2.00 m), just waiting to give you restful dreams. The second bedroom has two single beds (1.00 m x 2.00 m). Both rooms have spacious closets. One of the bedrooms leads to the master bathroom, which features its own infrared sauna—a gentle yet deeply effective way to work up a sweat. The generously sized shower (1.60 m x 1.00 m) offers showering fun for the whole family. The bathroom is also equipped with a double sink. The second bathroom also features a shower, sink, and toilet. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Towels are provided, and the beds are made upon your arrival. The apartment comes with two parking spaces located one behind the other. You also have a mailbox.


The Residences at Kulm - Villa Dorian [&] Villa Evi were newly built in 2015 and are located on a hill on the Kulm in the heart of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, on Kavaliersweg. Here you’ll find apartments for 2 to 6 people. Parking spaces are available next to the building for each apartment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
