The 63-square-meter, three-room apartment offers every comfort for up to four adults looking to unwind. The boundless blue expanse of the Baltic Sea comes into view as you enjoy breakfast on the balcony. The kitchen, which opens onto the balcony, is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and dishes. The centerpiece of this exclusive vacation home is the large living room with a cozy seating area and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. It becomes especially cozy on cool days or evenings when a fire is blazing in the wood-burning stove. The living area includes an open veranda with an inviting dining area. The apartment has two bedrooms. The two double beds (one measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m and the other 1.60 m x 2.00 m) are comfortable and ensure a restful night’s sleep. Wardrobes provide ample storage space. One of the bedrooms has a flat-screen TV. The bathroom, featuring a shower, sink, and toilet, is very spacious. The apartment also has an additional guest restroom. To ensure you don’t have to worry about a thing during your vacation, towels are provided for you, and the beds are made (with an initial set of linens). To access the property, you’ll receive a remote control upon arrival. A parking space will be reserved for you on the premises. In the basement, you’ll find a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee).


Perched above the rooftops of the sophisticated town of Heringsdorf, on the Kulm—the seaside resort’s local mountain—stands an old and beautiful seaside villa, Villa San Marino. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the town center and the promenade. Lovingly renovated in 2004, it looks down from the Kulm with its arched windows directly toward the Baltic Sea. Surrounded by lush greenery, the villa stands in the middle of park-like grounds that also feature a small playground with a seesaw and two swings. The spacious and stylishly furnished three-room apartments inside feature balconies with a side view of the sea. The vacation home offers cozy comfort even in winter. From mid-September through mid-May, a large sauna is available free of charge on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. It is located in the adjacent building, Haus Annette. You can use a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) in Haus Valentino (also on the grounds). The parking area is fenced off, so not everyone can access the property. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a remote control for the gate.
