It is conveniently situated with just a two-minute walk from the beach and access to a private community pool across the street. A beautiful, fully renovated 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath vacation rental located just steps from the beach in Kiawah Island’s popular East Beach area. Situated in the charming Village at Turtle Beach, this neighborhood features white picket fences, tree-lined streets, lagoons, and a central courtyard with a gazebo.

The primary suite boasts a king bed, large windows with lots of natural light, a master closet, and a spa-like en-suite bath. The second bedroom also offers a king bed with its own attached full bath with both a spacious shower and soaking tub. The third bedroom includes a queen bed with a connected full bath — ideal for children or additional guests. A dedicated office space provides a quiet area to sneak away and take a work call or read a book.

Guests will enjoy a full gourmet kitchen with an upgraded Viking gas range/oven plus a Sub-Zero refrigerator and beverage fridge. Off the kitchen is a spacious dining room with seating for six. The heart of this home is a welcoming family room area decorated in tasteful southern style with plenty of seating for family and friends. Large windows frame the beautiful views throughout, bringing the outdoors in.

Outdoor living is equally inviting, with an expansive front porch featuring a dining table for al fresco meals, rocking chairs, and a two-seater porch swing. A Weber grill is available for cooking up meals after a long day on the beach.

Conveniently located, this home is just a 2-minute walk to the beach (via Boardwalk 28 or 29) and diagonally across from the seasonal community pool at the Village at Turtle Point. Nearby attractions include Turtle Point Golf Course, Night Heron Park, the Sanctuary Hotel, and the Roy Barth Tennis Center, all within an easy walk. For a change of pace, historic downtown Charleston is just 40 minutes away.
