Arrival and Property Access
​Checking in is simple and convenient with our keyless entry system. You will receive a personal access code via message two days before your scheduled arrival, which will remain active for the entire duration of your stay.

Parking
​For your convenience, the property includes two dedicated parking spaces directly in front of the building. Additional street parking is also available right in front of the unit if needed.

Guest Comfort and Infrastructure
​The unit features full central air conditioning, providing a significant advantage over the small window units common in many other local rentals. To ensure everyone stays comfortable, there is an oversized hot water heater and high-pressure showerheads, allowing for a massage-like experience without the risk of running out of hot water during back-to-back use.

Linens
To help keep our nightly rate as low as possible for guests, you are encouraged to bring your own towels and linens. If preferred, linens can be added for an additional fee. A washer and dryer are also available within the unit for your convenience.

​The property is a short nine-minute walk from the Ocean City Beach and Boardwalk. Access to the beach is completely free and does not require any tags or passes. For your security and peace of mind, exterior cameras are installed on the premises at the front and back.

​Cleaning Standards
​Rigorous cleaning protocols are in place to ensure a safe stay. All surfaces are cleaned and then disinfected with a bleach solution for a minimum of 60 seconds. Bedding is sprayed with disinfectant between every stay, and pillows are kept in the closets for protection. Guests are encouraged to bring their own pillows for maximum personal comfort.

Restrictions
This property is intended for adults and families; guests must be 25 or older or accompanied by a parent who is 25 or older. Third-party bookings are strictly prohibited, and the person who booked the property must be present for the duration of the stay. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests provided at the time of booking, and no extra overnight guests are permitted. Smoking of any kind and open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Please be advised that any violations of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
