Property is nice, but we could not get the lock to work when we got there. Tried to contact the host, but he did not respond for a while. We finally got it to work, but just left it unlocked the rest of the trip.

The only thing I would change is a TV that works properly. There is a giant stripe that goes vertically down the TV and it is very irritating. I would recommend this house to anyone and everyone. We WILL be back and enjoyed it so much. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Room was very clean and nice, however the listing is a little misleading and should more clearly convey that this is the basement of the owners primary residence. AND that they will be home during the stay so it, and use of the hot tub, is not truly private. Instructions left in the room indicate that there are quiet hours, however the owners could be heard frequently outside of those hours, walking around and talking above you and going outside. Also, the tv needs to be replaced. It would lag and turn off randomly and has a large white line down the center of it that has been mentioned in other reviews. While we still enjoyed our stay overall, the price is definitely too high for what you're getting and would not choose this location again.

First time VRBO user. Great view. Great bathroom/shower. Convenient to town. Anyone with walking difficulties should be careful. There is a stone stairway that is uneven. We had no problem, but someone with a walker... not advised. It was a great experience.

Great little get away spot. Cozy, secluded, and close to town. Easy access to cycling and Brown County State Park. The host was attentive and easy to communicate with responding almost immediately when I had follow up questions prior to checking in.

I'll tell you right now it doesn't get better than this man It was awesome perfect weekend trip we rode horses went shopping and this place is literally a dream escape beautiful home nice hot tub well maintained garden nice linens plenty of towels and robes for after shower or getting out of the hot tub 10 out of 10 would recommend 10 out of 10 would do again. Property owner awesome as well good communication

We stayed tlwo nights & this beautiful lovely retreat tucked in the woods. Great view & accommodations were perfect. 5 min drive from town. We had a very relaxing timewould highly recommend this place

This space includes a multitude of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and events! Included in The Hideaway on Redbud Lane’s booking comes a booklet full of recommendations in regards to the city.

Brown County is known for its mountain & road biking paths. Feel free to bring your bikes and explore the state park’s beautiful paths!

The house is ranch style and has been the family home of Brian & Dennis for almost 30 years and very special to them.
