The glass-enclosed loggia just off the living area is the perfect spot to relax at the dining table. The floor-to-ceiling windows slide open completely to the side, giving the loggia the feel of a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen—featuring a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes—is integrated into the living area and is perfect for social cooking evenings. There are two bedrooms with large double beds, a closet, and a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. A parking space is located directly next to the house.
