This beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 3-bath Tudor-style home blends timeless charm with modern comforts. From vaulted ceilings and rich natural light to a decorative fireplace and elegant finishes, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a warm, inviting space for families and friends alike.

Main House Highlights:
* Primary Suite – Your private retreat includes a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and a Peloton bike tucked into the corner for convenient workouts.
* Middle Bedroom – Features two twin beds, ideal for kids.
* Front Bedroom – Offers a queen bed, perfect for additional guests or family.
* Chef’s Kitchen – Whip up meals with ease in the updated kitchen, featuring soapstone marble countertops, a premium Wolf range, high-end stainless appliances, and a cozy breakfast nook.

Guests will have access to the main house, the detached guest house, and all outdoor spaces. The two-car garage will be reserved for homeowner use.

While visiting Southern California, having a car is the preferred mode of transportation for most, considering the wealth of unique attractions within a two-hour radius of this home. For the adventurous explorer, a car is highly recommended to fully appreciate the diverse experiences the area offers. However, if you`re inclined to arrive and seamlessly unwind at the house during your vacation, rest assured that Uber and Lyft services are readily available for convenient and hassle-free local transportation in Los Angeles.

24 Hour Communication: Our team is available 24/7 while you`re staying with us. If anything comes up during your stay, day or night, you`ll always be able to reach a real person via text, app or phone call.

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!

PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For month+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- Failure to return the city parking pass will result in a minimum fine of $1,000. This pass is irreplaceable. Its loss will permanently revoke the ability for future tenants to park at this property.
