Built in 2016, this vacation rental is approximately 50 square meters and offers ample space for up to 4 guests. You can access the apartment through a separate entrance. The spacious vacation rental features a triple bedroom with room for a crib. We’re happy to provide a crib upon request. The living room is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed for a fourth guest, cable TV (HD flat-screen), and Wi-Fi. The apartment creates a particularly cozy atmosphere with modern infrared heating and a wood-burning stove in the living room. The separate, fully equipped kitchen comes with dishes, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a radio—so that every need is met. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, towels, and a hair dryer. Our spacious, partially covered terrace offers plenty of room for restful and relaxing moments. The parking spot is located directly in front of the house, and the backyard is perfect for a leisurely evening barbecue. The vacation rental is located directly on the premium hiking trail “Der Hochrhöner” and serves as a starting point for numerous hikes and bike tours. Payment is made in cash. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Crib: available upon request (additional charge: 10.00 EUR).
