Our semi-detached house is located on the southwestern outskirts of Kiel in the Russee neighborhood. Russee is one of the most sought-after locations in the city, and not just among young families. The infrastructure is very well developed; there are good bus connections (practically right around the corner) and a wide variety of shopping options and amenities for daily needs in the immediate vicinity (including two bakeries, a pharmacy, Lidl, Rossmann, Famila, Aldi, and Penny). Kiel’s city center is about 4 km away and is easily accessible by public transportation (the bus runs every 15 minutes during the day). The highway exits for Rendsburg (A 210) and Flensburg/Hamburg (A 215/A 7) are within easy reach.

The 60-square-meter, non-smoking semi-detached house was completely renovated in 2024 and features modern, bright, and inviting furnishings. The first floor features a living room, a built-in kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa area, a multimedia-capable DVB-T2 TV, a Blu-ray player, and a Netflix-compatible receiver. The new built-in kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer combo, features a large dining table that seats all 4 people at once. The small shower room also leaves nothing to be desired. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. You can reach them via a space-saving staircase. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds that can be pushed together upon request.

The covered terrace, fully equipped with patio furniture, is accessible directly from the kitchen. Wind down the evening there with a nice glass of wine.
