- All Guest Suites are Non-Smoking. Smoking is only allowed at exits on the parking lot side of the property. Fee's will apply for non-compliance.

- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- Early check in and late check out need to be arranged with the resort directly, after you book your room.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 years of age.

- Pet Policy: A one-time, non-refundable Pet Cleaning Fee of $150.00 plus tax will be charged to your suite. Up to one (1) pet, cat or dog only, per suite. Pet must not weigh more than 50 pounds.

- Parking Fee Due at Arrival: Valet Parking $45 per night. Self Parking $38 per night

- Resort Fee Due at Arrival: $38 per night, per reservation.

Paid Resort Fee includes: In-Room Standard Wifi, Scheduled Shuttles to Disney Theme Parks & Disney Springs, Access to Pickleball and Padel Courts from 1p-5p daily (court reservations required). Fee applies for all other court times. Unlimited access to Bicycles, Fishing Equipment, and Basketball (half-court). Access to State-of-the-Art Fitness Center, also Movies Under the Stars (weekends poolside, seasonal and weather permitting) and the 1.5 mile running/walking trail.

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter with check in instructions and late arrival info once your reservation is paid in full. If you have late arrival, you must contact the resort directly.

Rooms are only booked in the name we receive from VRBO. We cannot add a name while you're enroute to the resort. Any additional name needed for check in, please add right away.
