The "Kranich" vacation rental, No. 14 in the Waterkant vacation complex, is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.<br><br>This bright and modern vacation rental with an east-facing balcony measures 59 m² and is located on the 1st floor. It features a combined living and kitchen area, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The balcony faces east. The distance to the beach (pier) is approximately 100 meters.<br><br>The living area is bright and modernly furnished. The cozy couch invites you to relax. A flat-screen TV is available for your use. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, which is equipped with patio furniture.<br><br>The bedroom of the vacation rental is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). It has a wardrobe that offers plenty of storage space. Curtains are provided to block out the light.<br><br>The spacious bathroom with a shower also houses the washing machine.<br><br>The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stovetop, an oven with a microwave, an exhaust hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The modern dining table by the bright balcony window offers the ideal spot for shared meals.<br><br>The living and sleeping areas feature laminate flooring, while the bathroom and kitchen areas have high-quality tile flooring. Please note that this vacation rental is a non-smoking property where pets are not permitted.<br><br>The Waterkant complex is located near the Kurhaus, across from the pier. You can access building C from the side of the building.<br><br>Some apartments feature a beach chair on the balcony. The kitchenettes are fully equipped, and some include dishwashers. Depending on the amenities and size of the vacation apartments, they may feature fireplaces, bathtubs, and, in some cases, washing machines.
