Originally built in 1929 and fully renovated in 2015. The home features knot-free fir wood flooring, extensive windows and skylights, and curated West Coast art throughout. The layout is family-friendly, bright, and designed for comfortable everyday living rather than a hotel-style stay.

We chose Commercial Drive because it captures so much of what makes Vancouver special: it’s vibrant, diverse, walkable, and full of independent cafés, restaurants, shops, and local character. At the same time, our street feels quiet, green, and residential, so you get the energy of the city without giving up that sense of calm. We also love being close to Trout Lake, the Rio Theatre, bike routes, and SkyTrain, which makes it easy to enjoy both the neighborhood itself and the rest of Vancouver.
