Welcome to your expansive, private apartment. You and your group will have exclusive access to the entire unit, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay. The layout is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests without feeling crowded, and the included driveway parking makes arrival a breeze.
The home features three generous, well-lit bedrooms. Two of the rooms are furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, quality linens, and plenty of closet space to unpack and settle in. There is an additional bedroom with a twin sized sofa bed that sleeps one guest, an arm chair and A/C.
The living room serves as a wonderful central gathering space for your group. It features plenty of comfortable seating and a large sofa that easily converts into a bed, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for two additional guests.
Save on dining out by utilizing the full, well-equipped kitchen. It comes complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the essential cookware and dishware you need to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to large family dinners.
The full bathroom features a deep soaking bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located directly inside the unit, making it easy to refresh your wardrobe during longer stays.
You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. You will not have to share it with me or another guest that is not on the reservation.

✧The AC and heating systems are available and operational based on the season. The AC is installed from late spring through mid-autumn, though this may vary depending on the seasonal temperatures. The heating system is permanently installed and available for use during any cold weather.
✧ I am quick to reply all day and evening but I could be asleep after midnight, so while you`re welcome to arrive anytime after check-in begins, fast replies and check-in assistance are not guaranteed after midnight. I always reply back first thing early in the morning. If you plan to arrive late, see additional rules.
✧The Property Manager or maintenance may need access to the property in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always give notice to the best of my ability.
✧ I am often out of town, but rest assured, I always have someone available to assist in case of emergencies. If an emergency arises, please contact me first, and I will arrange for my housekeeper or a friend to help you. Keep in mind that it may take some time for them to reach your location. For any dangerous emergencies, please prioritize your safety and contact the appropriate services right away. Once you`re safe, please reach out to me.
