Living against a historical backdrop 80m² vacation home with terrace and garden

Our vacation home, located at Wies 9a in the “Weiler Wies” (a district of Steingaden), is situated next to
one of the most beautiful Rococo churches in the world.

The living area is approximately 80 m²; on the south side of the house is a garden of approximately 50 m² with a terrace, which is, of course, also part of the vacation home.

The bedroom and living room offer views of the Hohe Bleick and the Ammer Mountains. From the garden, you can look out over the Allgäu and the Alps.

All rooms are bright, and the large, spacious kitchen has been completely refurbished. The bathroom and toilet are separate.

Our house is located next to the Gasthof Schweiger, a restaurant open during the day that serves excellent cuisine (9 a.m.–6 p.m.). The house has been used as a vacation rental since July 2017.

The vacation home is a smoke-free property.

With an extra bed, max. 4 people
- approx. 24 m² living room with a large sleeper sofa (sleeping area 120x210 cm)
- approx. 18 m² bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a travel crib

- approx. 4 m² bathroom with a sink, bathtub with shower; the toilet is in a separate room

- Approx. 18 m² fully equipped kitchen/living area with dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle,
toaster, seating area, high chair, etc.

Fresh bed linens and towels, as well as paper towels, toilet paper, a vacuum cleaner, etc., are of course provided.
There are also a few books and a small collection of board games.

Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 9:00 a.m. Earlier check-in or later check-out are possible by arrangement with the host, provided no other guests are checking in or out on the same day.

We require a deposit of 25% of the total amount; the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival

Cancellation policy: Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Please understand that the deposit will be retained for cancellations made later than this.

Final Cleaning: We ask our guests to leave the apartment “swept clean” upon departure.
