This lovingly designed apartment with vaulted ceilings is a blend of old and new. Our yellow apartment is located in a historic, listed outbuilding of one of the oldest Gründerzeit villas in the center of Graz. Directly across from the vacation rental is the entrance to the ReSoWi (Faculty of Law, Social Sciences, and Economics) at the University of Karl-Franzens.
Designer lamps, beautiful artwork, warm fabrics, and antique farmhouse furniture have been tastefully combined. It has everything you need—a cozy apartment where you can settle in, feel at home, and relax.
The bedroom offers an idyllic view of the villa’s quiet courtyard, while the living room and kitchen overlook the university’s entrance. The fully equipped kitchen is built under a vaulted arch; an ancient farmhouse table serves as the dining table, and an old storage chest doubles as a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a washer-dryer combo, along with some more modern features. We at grazrentals have gone to great lengths to furnish the apartment in a practical yet stylish and cozy way.
The Yellow Apartment is ideal for up to four people.
In addition to a double bed of top-hotel quality (180x200 cm), our guests at grazrentals also have access to a comfortable sleeper sofa (180x200 cm). A crib for toddlers and a high chair are available separately upon request. A free, secure parking space is also available.
Our grazrentals apartments impress not only with their absolute comfort and unique style, but also with their excellent location in the heart of Graz. A cozy coffeehouse with a bakery is located right in the building, and charming little shops and lively restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The University of Music and Performing Arts, the Conservatory of Music, the City Park, the Botanical Garden, and the Hilmteich/Leechwald recreational area are all within a 10-minute walk, while the State Hospital, the Technical University, and downtown Graz are just a 15-minute walk away.
