Family-friendly 2 1/2 room vacation apartment on the ground floor of the LUV house

3-room vacation apartment on the first floor of House LUV.
This spacious and warmly furnished vacation apartment features a living/dining room, a separate bedroom, and an additional sleeping area with a double bed, separated from the living area by a double door.

The separate and fully equipped kitchen includes, among other things, an oven and a microwave. The living/dining room features a large and comfortable sofa set as well as a dining table with 6 chairs.

The additional bedroom is furnished with two single beds pushed together and offers enough space for a crib. A high chair is also available. This bedroom provides access to the west-facing terrace.

Bathroom/toilet with shower. Cable TV. Two terraces with access to the lawn. Garage parking space. Free use of the swimming pool.

A vacation paradise for the whole family awaits you here. Whether young or old, everyone will find something to enjoy in the extremely popular Luv & Lee buildings, located on a quiet cul-de-sac just a two-minute walk from the idyllic sandy beach. Each of our apartments has its own parking space or garage. There are also two separate rooms between the buildings available for your bicycles.

Enjoy free access to the on-site swimming pool* and, if needed, use our washers and dryers for a small fee.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping options, a bus stop, and various restaurants. For our younger guests, there’s a large play fort on the beach and the spacious “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park. The heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach is also just a short walk away.

*Please note: The swimming pool will be closed from 15.01.2026 until approximately 15.02.2026 for its annual deep cleaning.*

Buchen schon seit 28 Jahren bei Behrens. Waren vor Jahren schon mal in dieser Wohnung. Die neue Einrichtung + Dekoration hat uns begeistert. Vor allem der Strandkorb auf der Terrasse. Das Schwimmbad hat unserem Enkel gefallen. Und natürlich wie immer Strand, Meer und Kurpark.

Inserat passt nicht zur Wohnung

Im Inserat steht beschrieben 3 Schlafzimmer und ein gemütliches Sofa. Leider stimmt dies nicht. Es ist lediglich nur ein richtiges Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Ein offenes „Schlafzimmer“ ohne Tür im Wohnbereich und ein Sofa welches als Bett umgebaut werden kann. Zudem steht Allergikerfreundlich im Inserat, ich bin selbst Allergiker und hatte mit meiner Hausstaub Allergie zu kämpfen (Stoffsofa, Kissen ohne Allergikerbezug). Des Weiteren wird im Inserat ein Garagenplatz versprochen, hier wurde nicht mal ein richtiger Stellplatz zur Wohnung gefunden. Viele Geschirrteile sind zudem nicht für 6 Personen ausreichend. Leider hat auch das Badezimmer nicht für 6 erwachsene Personen gereicht. Und bei Fragen bezüglich der Wohnung war auch der Service sehr mangelhaft. Leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Wir haben schon mehrfach eine Wohnung bei Ihnen gebucht. Ein Haltegriff in der Dusche wäre schön gewesen, gerade für ältere Menschen wie meine Mutter. Die schöne Terrasse mit dem Strandkorb, wo wir jeden Morgen draußen frühstücken konnten.

Wunderbar

Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit kleinem Garten für unseren Hund .Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden , man muss allerdings darauf achten , dass Bettwäsche , Handtücher und sogar Geschirrtücher plus Abwaschlappen nicht automatisch vorhanden sind , sondern entweder mitgebracht oder gesondert geordert werden müssen . Die Wohnung liegt nur ein paar Schritte von der Strandpromenade entfernt , ein eigener Parkplatz steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung . Alles in allem hatten wir ein paar erholsame Tage am Meer bei herrlichem sonnigen Wetter- und das im November . Wir kommen gern wieder .
