Spacious 2-room apartment in the LEE building

Spacious 2-room vacation apartment with a balcony, Wi-Fi, and access to the pool in Cuxhaven-Döse

This spacious 2-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor of House LEE in the popular Luv & Lee complex in Cuxhaven-Döse—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.

The apartment features a combined living and sleeping area with a fold-out bed and a cozy sofa set, as well as a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed at a comfortable height—ideal for restful nights.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a modern built-in kitchen, including a dishwasher, a microwave oven with grill and convection functions, a dining table, and four chairs—perfect for self-catering.

The well-maintained bathroom with a tub/shower combination and toilet provides additional comfort. On the southwest-facing balcony, you can relax and enjoy sunny afternoons.

A garage parking space is included with the apartment, as is free use of the on-site swimming pool—a real highlight in any weather. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

Whether young or old, everyone will find something to enjoy in the extremely popular LUV & LEE houses, located on a quiet cul-de-sac just a two-minute walk from the idyllic sandy beach. Each of our apartments has its own parking space or garage. There are also two separate rooms between the buildings available for your bicycles.

Enjoy free access to the on-site swimming pool* and, if needed, use our washing machines and dryers for a small fee.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping options, a bus stop, and various restaurants. For our younger guests, there’s a large play fort on the beach and the expansive “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park. The heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach is also just a short walk away.
